Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options
We offer two types of shipping:

Standard Shipping (Free)
This option does not include tracking. Your order will be delivered within the estimated timeframe, but no updates on its location will be available during transit. -
Tracked Shipping (Paid)
For customers who wish to track their package, a tracked shipping option is available at checkout for an additional fee. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us at aimgrip@outlook.com and we will investigate the issue with our logistics provider.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
